SMART CLASS
Smart Class facilities are provided in all class rooms. The Smart Class method of teaching is a most innovative method where in the practical aspects of the subjects are imprinted in the minds of the students in a natural way. That is, the students learn the subject by understanding the very basic principle underlining the subject matters. Particularly teaching of science is more naturally put to the students with a full understanding of the natural process.
Smart Boards Enhance Student’s Learning Experience :
In classrooms all over the country, Smart Boards are being installed because this amazing technology not only enhances the way teachers teach, but it also enhances the way students learn. It can provide students with an enriched learning experience by projecting visual elements. It also makes differentiated learning much easier because teachers are able to accommodate different learning methods.
Smart Technology is Interactive :
Perhaps one of the greatest advantages of Smart Boards is their ability to be interactive. Students learn best when they are fully engaged, and hands-on learning is one of the best ways to do that.
KG CLASSES
The School has an ideal atmosphere for KG children. The KG class rooms have a good digital display of teaching materials for the beginners in school. The Teachers are well trained to take care of the tender child in its first steps in the educational process. They lead the child to the world of learning from the very basics and the teachers very cautiously deal with the children and give them knowledge.
PRIMARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL CLASSES
At the Primary and Middle school level also special care is taken by our experienced and dedicated Teachers. The slow learners are identified and special attention is given to them.
X, XI, XII CLASSES
Teachers take care of the needs of the students in the higher classes and teach them in a very devoted manner, so that the students become familiarized with the subject.
Special classes are held to coach up the students to prepare well and to meet the requirement of the Examinations and also to become familiar with the respective subjects.
As a result they perform well in the Board Examination achieving good marks, and also centum marks in several subjects.
VALUE BASED EDUCATION
Education is personality building. The students would be made aware of the good habits in life and good behaviour for their future success. The School enforces proper discipline and see that the students are properly disciplined, when they prepare themselves for the next level of their studies.
The Teachers practice Moral Education by way of telling Moral stories to the students even in the leisure periods.
LABORATORY
The laboratory is a place where the students are taken to practical aspects of subjects. Real time learning will happen only in the laboratory. The Theoretical learning is put to practical proof only in the lab and the lab experience alone make a print in the memory of the students. Therefore the good laboratories are good equipments for better learning by the students. Our school is blessed with such a facility.
We have very impressive Computer Lab which will be a great inspiration for the students.
R.O. PLANT
We have established a good R.O. System which provides safe drinking water to all those in the institution including the students.
SCHOOL VAN
We are providing van services for those children to require the facility at a very nominal fees.
FUNCTIONS
We are celebrating all the National important occasions like Independence Day, Republic Day, Teachers Day, Children’s Day, Kalvi Valarchi Naal, (Kamarajar Birthday), Birthday of Abdul Kalam, Samathuva Pongal and all such important occasions in order to instill a sense of appreciation to the great sacrifices done by our fore fathers for the cause of our Nation and also to instill a sense of pride for our country to the Students.
Ultimately the aim of celebrating functions is for cultivating a love for the country.
We are also celebrating Sports Day, Annual Day, K.G. Graduation Day etc, for the inspiration and personality development of the Students.
Students are also motivated and their competitive sprit is develop by way of organizing different groups in the name of Houses namely Red, Blue, Green, Yellow.
LIBRARY
Reading develops knowledge. A good library will induce everybody to adopt the habit of reading and thereby helps to develop knowledge. Based on this principle, our school maintains a good library with enough books and provides chance to every student to learn something extra other than the classroom teaching. The librarian is also doing a good job in distributing story books in the classrooms according to the caliber of the students. The students can be proud of getting the good library in a spacious accommodation.
SPORTS AND GAMES
Our school has two excellent, spacious playgrounds to train the students in sports and games. We are encouraging students to take up more sports activities and practice. Students are trained for various items of sports and they participate in the zonal level, District level and State level sports. The students emerge as winners in many of the sports items. Tennis coaching is also undertaken.
Apart from this the Management encourages students by proper cash awards to the deserving winners.
INTRA-SCHOOL COMPETITION
Every month, we are conducting various events like Oratorial contest, Essay writing, quiz, drawing competitions for our students. We are motivating the winners by awarding Trophies, Medals and Certificates.
We are also conducting interschool competitions for proper motivation of students at proper intervals, which develop the competitive spirit of the students properly. Our students also participate in various competition events conducted by other schools.
